The challenge
Agricultural development depends on more than new equipment. Technologies and methods must suit local conditions, and the people operating them need the knowledge to sustain them.
Bringing the solution together
Falcon Eye brought together international agricultural expertise, local resources and equipment for greenhouse and open-field cultivation in Africa. The documented work included irrigation and fertilisation systems, vegetables, egg production and aquaculture.
Making it work on the ground
Local farmers contributed knowledge of the land and climate. Training helped transfer practical skills, while coordination with specialist suppliers supported the introduction of new tools and methods.
Beyond the immediate task
The work connected physical infrastructure with human capability. Skills transfer and follow-up support were integral to the approach, alongside the agricultural installations themselves.
